new number is the central point of contact for all city services.
Refuse
Trash and Recycle pickup is on Monday, unless a city observed
holiday falls prior to this day. Then, pickup is on the next day. Trash
is limited to two (2) bags - stickers may be purchased allowing
additional bags to be set out. Cost is $1.00 each and available from
Price Chopper or Westlake Hardware stores.
*During the weeks of July 4th and Christmas, homeowners are allowed to set out unlimited bags for pickup.
Bulk Items
Bulky item collections is now only available by making an
appointment. Residents can schedule an appointment by calling the 3-1-1
Action Center. The City does not consider an item as bulky if it can be
accommodated by regular trash service. Bags, boxes, vacuum cleaners and
small electric appliances and fans are not bulky items. There also will
be a 15-item limit for appointments.
Make sure items are set out by the curb and not obstructed. |
