Clean up days Saturday May 5
Everyone is needed to help get the pool ready for the summer. Pick up around the clubhouse, tennis courts and pond area. Donate an hour of your day to help make our Clubhouse and Pool area sparkle for the upcoming season. Meet at the Clubhouse at 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
Rent the Clubhouse
The Clubhouse rents for only $50.00 plus deposit. If you would like to look over the clubhouse come by the monthly Homeowners Association meeting and check it out. If you would like to rent the clubhouse visit the Brooking website. Contact Toni Browning via the NMFPA Contact form for more information.
Grounds
The mowers are having difficulty mowing the greenway because of illegal dumping of trees, grass clippings, etc. Homeowners who are responsible for this are asked to please remove their debris. Sweeping gumballs or grass clippings into the street is illegal. Witnesses to any above activity may contact the City Works Department to report illegal dumping or clogging city sewers. Contact the Kansas City Hotline at 513-1313.
Financial Information
Homeowners Association fees of $275.00 were due January 1 and they became delinquent on January 30th. The association has over $16,500.00 in outstanding fees to date. This may affect the pool operation hours and other services of the association. As mentioned in the Dues Assessment Invoice these delinquent fees will be turned over to the Association's attorney for collections and/or placement of liens on delinquent properties. If you have any questions contact the Association CPA Kathy Engle at: 453-1040.

This information will be given to KCPL and you will be notified where to pick up your lights. Deadline May 12.
