Established in 1970, New Mark First Pool Association is a subdivision of over 260 homes in the northland area (Clay County) of Kansas City. Enjoying a prime location 15 minutes to Downtown Kansas City, KCI airport, and Worlds of Fun, New Mark is a great place to live!
New Mark Brooking Home Association takes pride in it's common areas consisting of a beautiful private pool, tennis facility, pond and greenway. Our residents enjoy these facilities as part of their annual homeowners dues, and can invite guests to join them.
Please help keep all our areas running smoothly by: Trimming the trees in front of your home - volunteering on projects - plus reporting any suspicious activity to the home association board.
